When working out the price per the website for cloud based-is that per year, per month, one time? A 50 user for 150 in add on was 650...per ??

That's per year and per month. For 50 users, it would be $500 per year, or $50 per month. Then there is an optional one-time adder that you pay right when you purchase for $250 for the entire bundle of add-ons, or you can individually select the features you want.
