EIOBoard Mobile Installation and Setup

WELCOME to the EIOBoard Mobile installation and Setup. Please follow these instructions for setting up your Mobile Interface.

 

 
Step 1 - Enable Javascript
  On whatever kind of mobile device you are using, make sure that you have enabled Javascript. We have provided some instruction for Configuring Javascript on your Blackberry.
   
Step 2 - Configure Phones
  Mobile InstallationAny web-enabled device is fully supported for the EIOBoard mobile interface. Open your Browser and navigate to http://www.eioboard.com and your phone should automatically redirect to the mobile interface.  For Customer-Hosted, you must type in your remote URL to access your EIOBoard Server.  IPhone, BlackBerry, Palm, WindowsCE, and any Internet connected mobile phone that can open a web site can run EIOBoard mobile interface.

 

   
Option 1 - EIOBoard-Hosted
                       EIOBoard-Hosted customers can navigate to www.eioboard.com with your mobile device and it should automatically redirect you to the EIOBoard Mobile Interface. 
   
Option 2 - Customer-Hosted
                       For Customer-Hosted customers, users need to navigate to the site configured by your site administrator. This is the same site configured to access your EIOBoard site remotely. The administrator must either configure access through VPN or open up their firewall and forward port 80 (HTTP) or 1433 (HTTP) traffic to your EIOBoard server. (Setting up EIOBoard for Remote Access)
